周末NYC里gay山gay海的，满街都是俊俏小哥金刚芭比的时候，clubbing就变得没那么有意思了。表妹跟我们在Hell's Kitchen一家gay diner宵夜，啊很久没吃炸薯条和鸡条了，真是很好吃啊，waiter很象Marc Jacobs的说。

之前跟小公主和小驸马去牛角吃烧烤，Ted就大呼经济不好啊。以前提前一天也订不到周末十点以前的桌子，现在6点电话都有7点半和三刻两个时间挑。

周日去看了变形金刚，Imax，下午一点的电影提前半小时去还是排在很后面，最后坐到很前面的第五排。看得很爽。自从上周看了3D的Ｕp和The Proposal，就觉得夏天真的来了。没有去看parade，唯一遗憾的是没看到Dustin。不过明天就是74长周末了，又要哈皮死了。

PS Stan这死孩子来纽约也不打招呼，就发两个短信说你们有没有也在看parade。一定是勾搭上了谁。^^

All good, NO shame.

^^ 今天一天都够倒霉的，但是睡觉前看到Dustin的yin照还真是让人开心啊。偶像妖精般的皮肤保养早已让我赞叹不已，身材也是lean得没话说，现在看来，chuang上也是有绝活的，oral anal齐上阵，还是bareback的。啧啧。比BelAmi还热啊。热啊。好了，可以去做个春梦，睡个好觉。^^

PS 我就不乱传播偶像的限制照了，大家自己狗狗吧。放几张35岁的美少年照。

Red Velvet

^^ Magnolia的red velvet cupcake是我们的最爱，所以上周末他过生日我就打算做一个红丝绒的蛋糕。网上随便狗狗，recipe一把一把的。我说第一次做就简单一点。去买了white cake mix，就往里加了red color，弄好了发现我只有一个九寸的盘子，只好分了一半做了一打cupcake。结果做好了太软，再抹上方便装的topping，简直没法吃啊，最后只吃掉一个cupcake就都扔掉了。可惜啊，其实也不是不能吃，只是后来又做了一个好的，想想要是把这些都吃掉，我也不用活了。就只好浪费掉比较失败一点的了。于是找了个仔细一点的一个housewife写的recipe，据说她老公南方人从小过生日都是这个recipe，然后她从她婆婆那里搞来的。既然是祖传秘方，我自然相信了，结果证明真的很不错啊。只是用了好多好多的food color，厨房里触目惊心的红。虽然最后卖相有待改进，但是真的很好很好吃。不多说了，最近又打Spore又看【魔装】，忙得连睡觉的时间都不够了，上图上菜谱。喜欢bake东东的一定要试试这个。^^

Red Velvet Cake (a.k.a. Waldorf Astoria Cake)

2 1/2 cups sifted cake flour*
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 oz. red food coloring
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk, at room temperature
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or three 8-inch round cake pans.

2. Sift together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl; set aside. In a small bowl, mix food coloring and cocoa powder to form a thin paste without lumps; set aside.

3. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about three minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then beat in vanilla and the red cocoa paste, scraping down the bowl with a spatula as you go. Add one third of the flour mixture to the butter mixture, beat well, then beat in half of the buttermilk. Beat in another third of flour mixture, then second half of buttermilk. End with the last third of the flour mixture, beat until well combined, making sure to scrape down the bowl with a spatula.

4. Make sure you have cake pans buttered, floured, and nearby. In a small bowl, mix vinegar and baking soda. Yes, it will fizz! Add it to the cake batter and stir well to combine. Working quickly, divide batter evenly between the cake pans and place them in a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Check early, cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

5. Cool the cakes in their pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. To remove the cakes from the pan, place a wire rack on top of the cake pan and invert, then gently lift the pan. Allow cakes to cool completely before frosting. Frost with buttercream or cream cheese icing (recipe below).

Recipe Notes: *Sift cake flour once before measuring, then sift again with the other dry ingredients per recipe instructions. Wear an apron and be careful with the red food coloring–no matter how hard I try, I always end up staining something! As you’re mixing the cake batter, use a spatula to scrape down the bowl frequently throughout the entire process.

Cream Cheese Frosting

16 oz. cream cheese (2 packages), softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter (one stick), softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
pinch of salt

With an electric mixer, blend together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Turn mixer to low speed and blend in powdered sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Turn mixer on high and beat until light and fluffy. Use immediately or refrigerate, covered, until ready to use. If refrigerated, the frosting will need to be brought to room temperature before using (after frosting softens up, beat with mixer until smooth).

Recipe Notes: If you prefer a sweeter and/or stiffer frosting, more powdered sugar can be added (up to four cups). But remember, the more sugar you add, the less you’ll be able to taste the tangy cream cheese!

PIERRE, S.D. – If this were a movie, nobody would believe it: A rancher struggling to eke out a living in one of the poorest corners of America claimed one of the biggest undivided jackpots in U.S. lottery history Friday — $232 million — after buying the ticket in a town by the name of Winner.

Neal Wanless, 23, said he intends to buy himself more room to roam and repay the kindness other townspeople have shown his family.

"I want to thank the Lord for giving me this opportunity and blessing me with this great fortune. I will not squander it," he promised, wearing a big black cowboy hat and a huge grin.

Wanless, who is single, lives with his mother and father on the family's 320-acre ranch near Mission, where they raise cattle, sheep and horses. They don't own a phone, a mobile home of theirs was repossessed last year, and records show they have fallen $3,552 behind in their property taxes.

六月

^^ 最近很少有这样一个人的闲周末了。Ted没有回来，好像除了看小说，就剩下到这里胡说来了。又是一年的六月了，是啊，第九个了。从弟弟变成叔叔，就在这一眨眼间。有时候会想，若是没有他，这九年会是如何。完全想不出来，前缘如此，想它作甚。自己改变了很多，这个世界也改变了很多，但生活嘛也就这么一步步走下去的呀，每一件事情，每一个决定，都是自己种的因，想想也就很坦然了。Ted有时候对事情有些执着，所以我常劝他，人生大多烦心忧郁，都是因为过高的expectation，对自己的，对朋友的，甚至对陌生人的。看明白了，摆正态度了，就会淡定三分，开心许多，少生细纹。所以这九年，纵然其间有许多不顺的时候，依旧是我最开心的时光。我想要的东西，大多都得到了；得不到的，大多也已经放下了。在Ted最最down的时候说过，“现在唯一能让我开心的只有你了”。能从他嘴里听到这句话，我还有什么东西放不下呢？ ^^
